It publishes rigorous work in clinical pediatrics, child health, and pediatric education and training, particularly where these relate to resource-limited, underserved, or inequity-affected contexts. The journal thus aims at advancing context-relevant evidence for clinical care, service delivery, workforce development, and child health policy.
